A native of Toronto, Terri Hanauer graduated with a degree in Theater Arts from York University and has worked in the United States and Canada as an actress.

Her film credits include Havoc, The Rapture, and Communion). Terri's television roles are also extensive, in shows ranging from Seinfeld, to Without a Trace, NYPD Blue, and Showtime's cult hit Beggars and Choosers, where she recurred for two seasons as Dr. Lillian Wackenhut, the lesbian, sperm-appropriating endocrinologist).

She has continued to perform in theater, appearing at the Mark Taper Forum and the Arena Stage.

Terri is also a photographer, specializing in natural light photography. She has shot some of Hollywood's most prominent actors and actresses, and her work has appeared in advertisements, magazines and on websites.
